Terms for card holders

Last updated 27 September 2026

Who runs what

Each loyalty card belongs to the business whose name is on it. That business sets the rewards, gives the stamps and decides what to send you. Orbit provides the card and the tools, and is run by PLANAJOB LTD, Office 1782, London, W1T 2EW, United Kingdom.

Getting a card

The card is free. To get one you agree to these terms and to receive offers and messages from the business by email and on your wallet card. That is what the card is for, so it is not offered without it.

Messages on your card

The business can put a message on your card, such as an offer or news. When it does, your phone may show it on your lock screen. A card gets at most one message every 10 minutes and at most three in any 24 hours.

Stopping messages

You can stop at any time. Removing the card from Apple Wallet or Google Wallet stops every update to it straight away. You can also ask the business, or email us at pm@netaccessmarketing.com, and your card will be closed so it gets no more messages.

Stamps and rewards

Stamps and rewards are given by the business at its own discretion and have no cash value. A business can change or end its card. If it does, it is responsible for what it promised you.
